We represent employers and employees in federal and state courts in litigation involving employment related issues and disputes, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, family and medical leave, and disability issues. In addition to providing representation to clients in litigated matters, our lawyers also consult with clients on how to avoid costly employment-related litigation. We work closely with human-resources personnel to review employment policies and evaluate the need for updating and revising existing policies. The firm also represents management clients in all aspects of labor management relations, including labor agreement negotiation and labor arbitration.
