JAMES E. WAGNER - originally a native of Whitewood, Virginia, practices in the areas of workers' compensation, toxic exposure litigation, products liability, personal injury litigation, insurance, general civil litigation, appellate practice and firearms law. Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1985 and since 1993 has practiced law with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP. He has appeared before state and federal courts throughout East Tennessee, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals on various civil matters.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wagner has been active in the legal community. He is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. He is active in the Friends of the NRA and involved in firearm instruction and related sports. Mr. Wagner has served on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Rifle & Pistol Club since 1998, a non-profit organization.
