FRANCIS A. CAIN -
practices in the areas of general civil litigation, workers' compensation, construction law, personal injury and product liability, in addition to being a Certified Rule 31 Mediator. Mr. Cain was educated in the public schools of Knoxville; graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1960 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1963. He has practiced law with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP since 1985. In the course of his practice, he has tried cases in state and federal court throughout East and Middle Tennessee and appeared before the Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. Cain is active in the legal community, being a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution and on the Federal Court Mediation Panel for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Mr. Cain is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, serving on the Board of Governors from 1984 thru 1986; and, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
