DONALD D. HOWELL -
has been affiliated with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour since 1985, after having practice law for three years in Madison, Indiana. His practice involves general civil litigation including personal injury, products liability, workers compensation, mediation, construction, labor and employment matters. In addition, he is involved in zoning and land use issues, serves as counsel for the Knox County Emergency Communications District and is a City of Knoxville Civil Service Merit Board Hearing Officer. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state and federal trial courts, all Tennessee appellate courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Howell is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University and a 1982 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Defense Lawyers' Association and Defense Research Institute.
