DEBRA L. FULTON -
concentrates her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, toxic exposure litigation, workers' compensation, products liability, personal injury litigation, insurance, appellate and mediation. Ms. Fulton graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981 and joined the law firm of Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP in 1987. She has appeared before state and federal courts throughout East Tennessee, the Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals on various civil matters.
Ms. Fulton is listed as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution and is on the Federal Court Mediation Panel for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association, and served on its Board of Governors from 1989-1991.
