BENJAMIN C. MULLINS - practices in the areas of general civil litigation, workers' compensation law, insurance, personal injury litigation, products liability, commercial and corporate, zoning and land use and appellate. Originally born in Abingdon, Virginia, Mr. Mullins received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the Clinch Valley College of the University of Virginia 1997 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2000. Mr. Mullins became associated in the practice of law with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP in 1999. He is currently admitted to the bar in Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Mullins is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the UT Alumni Law School Council.

Mr. Mullins is also active in the community, serving as the Attorney Coach for the Rutledge High School Mock Trial Team from 2000 - 2005 and is a 4th Degree Black Sash, Shaolin Kung Fu.
