KEVIN A. DEAN - practices in the
area of general civil litigation, wills, trusts and estate
planning, and corporate law. Mr. Dean received both
his undergraduate degree (2001) and master's degree (2002)
from North Carolina State University and prior to entering
the practice of law, practiced as a Certified Public
Accountant (NC CPA License No. 30216) in North Carolina.
Mr. Dean left North Carolina after practicing as a CPA for 3
years to pursue a law degree, which he obtained from the
University of Tennessee College of Law in 2007. Mr.
Dean became associated in the practice of law with Frantz,
McConnell & Seymour, LLP in 2007 after clerking with the
firm during the summers of 2005 and 2006. He is
currently admitted to the bar in Tennessee and is a member
of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
