ROBERT L. KAHN -
was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville, where he was graduated from the College of Architecture, with high honors, in 1977 and from the College of Law in 1979. Mr. Kahn has practiced law with Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP since 1980, concentrating in the areas of commercial and corporate law, general business, real estate and title insurance, bankruptcy, and appellate practice. He has appeared before state and federal trial courts throughout East Tennessee, as well as the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, on various civil matters.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kahn has been active in the community. He is a past member and President of the Downtown YMCA Board of Directors, and continues to provide counsel to the Board. Mr. Kahn is a member and past President of the City-Wide Sertoma Club, and he serves as counsel to the Junior League of Knoxville.
